摘要
为了改善精确成型用水性涂料的高温透气性、耐金属渗透性以及热塑性,通过引入高温褪让剂、热塑性塑料颗粒物及低膨胀材料对精确成型涂料进行改性,并设计正交试验,以涂挂性能和渗透性能作为输出指标,考察原材料的最佳加入量。结果表明:通过引入合适的热塑性颗粒物、高温褪让剂以及降低热膨胀率的材料,能够改善涂料的高温透气性以及抗粘砂性能。在此基础上,最终以涂层厚度和渗透深度作为实验输出指标,优化骨料目数、石墨加入量、基材润湿剂以及表面活性剂的加入量,可以得到具有良好涂挂性能和渗透性能的精确成型砂型用水性涂料。
In order to improve the high temperature permeability,anti-metal permeability and thermoplasticity of water-based coating for precision molding,the coating is modified by introducing high temperature fading agent,thermoplastic particles and low-expansion materials.With coating layer thickness and permeability as the output index,orthogonal test is designed to investigate the optimal addition of raw materials.The results show that the permeability at high temperature and the anti-sand properties of the coating can be improved by introducing suitable thermoplastic particles,high temperature fading agent and materials to reduce the thermal expansion rate.On this basis,the water-based coating of sand mold used for precise shaping process with good coating performance and permeability was obtained by taking the coating layer thickness and penetration depth of the coating as the experimental output index and optimizing the addition amount of aggregate,graphite,wetting agent and surfactant.
