摘要
利用电动汽车充换电站提供储能服务,可以平抑负荷的波动并减少建设储能系统的投资。建立了含分布式电源的电动汽车充换电站的稳态模型,结合各发电单元和充换电站的特点,提出了基于对发电功率和负荷预测的系统运行策略。以系统运行成本最低为目标,以满足用户需求、发电单元和充放电功率平衡为约束条件,对系统的运行进行了优化。算例分析表明,通过对含分布式电源的电动汽车充换电站的运行优化,可以降低运行成本,并充分发挥其削峰填谷的能力。
By using battery switching station( BSS) to provide energy storage service,the load fluctuation can be suppressed and the cost of energy storage system can be reduced. In this paper,the steady model of BSS with distributed generation was proposed. Then,considering the characters of power generation units and BSS,the operation strategy based on forscast of load and power generation was developed. Considering the user requirements,power balance of generation units and charge-discharge machines as constraints,the minimization of operation cost as objective function,the system operation was optimized. The calculation example shows that the operational cost is reduced and the ability of load shifting is full developed through the optimization.
