摘要
社会主要矛盾变化深刻影响着高校青年教师。对绩效公平更加关注、对管理民主更加重视、对职业发展更加焦虑、对人格独立更加珍惜是高校青年教师的新需要,这些需要能否得到满足直接关系到他们的职业发展。在社会主要矛盾变化的情况下,高校要建立更加公平的绩效考评机制,完善多元共同参与的治理机制,创新青年教师个性化成长机制,健全青年教师人格独立发展机制,为其职业发展提供更加有力的保障。
The evolution of the principal contradiction deeply affecting the needs of young universities teachers. Young universities teachers pay more attention to performance equity and democratic management,they are more anxious about career development and cherishing more sound personality in their needs for a better life. To provide more sound guarantee for their career development,universities should establish a fairer performance appraisal mechanism,improve the governance mechanism of multi-participation,cultivate individualized growth mechanism of young teachers and consummate independent personality development mechanism for young teachers.
