语料库语用学研究的国际热点解析

New Advances in International Corpus Pragmatics

语料库语用学属语料库语言学与语用学的界面研究,近十年来发展迅猛,但目前学界对其缺乏必要了解。鉴于此,本文借助CiteSpace技术,通过梳理2006-2017年发表于国际期刊的相关文献,发现现阶段语料库语用学呈现出聚焦话语标记语这一经典议题,助推变异语用学和历史语用学两大新兴学科发展,承传语用语言、社会语用和认知语用三大研究传统,涉及隐喻、反讽、转喻和幽默四种修辞手段,覆盖语篇、韵律、习得、翻译和句法五大界面研究,关涉英、德、法、日、西、汉六大语种的学科特征。本文认为,语料库语用学在验证、修正和提出新的语用学理论和为语用学研究提供新的研究范式方面具有巨大的研究前景。

Corpus pragmatics, an interface between corpus linguistics and pragmatics, has gained increasing popularity in the past decade, but it has remained largely unknown as a relatively new area of study in academia, especially in China. Against this backdrop, the present study offers a CiteSpace-based systematic review of the advances in the area during 2006-2017. The review indicates that so far corpus pragmatics has significantly enhanced the development of variational pragmatics and historical pragmatics and has also substantially furthered research on traditional issues in pragmalinguistics, socio-pragmatics, and cognitive-pragmatics, especially on the classic pragmatic topic of discourse markers and various rhetorical devices, such as metaphor, irony,metonymy and humor. Furthermore, it has explored the interface between pragmatics and other related fields, such as discourse analysis, prosody, second language acquisition, translatology as well as syntax. The relevant studies have covered a variety of languages including English, German,French, Japanese, Spain, and Chinese. The paper concludes that corpus pragmatics has great potential for validating, modifying, and constructing new pragmatic theories and in offering a new research paradigm for research in pragmatics.
