摘要
通过史莱宾格激光测试技术对薄层自流平砂浆尺寸变化率随时间变化的规律进行研究。结果表明,Ca(OH)2和β型半水石膏是控制钙矾石生成速率、生成数量和生成阶段的重要影响因素。在一定范围内,随Ca(OH)2掺量的增加有效缩短了钙矾石生成阶段时间,最大膨胀率先增大后减小;随β型半水石膏掺量的增加,不仅延长了钙矾石生成阶段时间,而且使最大膨胀率逐渐增大;XRD分析表明,β型半水石膏是钙矾石生成量的关键影响因素。
The law of size-changing rate of thin layer self-leveling mortar with time is studied by Schleibinger laser testing technology,Ca(OH)2 and β-hemihydrate gypsum is an important factor to control generation rate,generation quantity and generation stage of ettringite. In a certain range,Ca(OH)2 can shorten the time of ettringite formation stage with the increase of dosage,the maximum expansion rate first increases and then decreases. The increase of β-hemihydrate gypsum dosage not only prolonged the time of ettringite formation stage,but also increased the maximum expansion rate. And found by XRD test,β-hemihydrate gypsum is the key influencing factor of ettringite production.
