According to the regulations of different test standards of the national standard and industry standard,the data of chloride ion content in sea sand were obtained through experiments. The influence of different test standards and test methods on the content of chloride ion in sea sand was analyzed and discussed. And the suggestion to unify the test standards was put forward so as to have unified test standard and method to evaluate the content of chloride ion in sea sand.
