基于静态压差法的装配式建筑防水性能检测研究

装配式建筑作为未来建筑行业发展的趋势,其防水性能对工程质量的影响越来越大。现阶段装配式建筑的防水性能主要靠材料和结构防水,而目前还没有专门针对装配式建筑防水性能的检测方法。通过对装配式建筑防水性能的特点及相关检测方法的对比分析,结合静态防水试验对其防水性能检测进行了研究,总结出装配式建筑的静态防水检测方法。

As a trend in the future development of the construction industry,the waterproof performance of prefabricated building has an increasingly high impact on the quality of the project. At present,the waterproof performance of prefabricated buildings mainly depends on the waterproofing of materials and structures,and there is currently no specific detection method for the waterproof performance of prefabricated building. In this paper,through the comparison of the characteristics of the waterproof performance of the prefabricated building and the related testing methods,combined with the static waterproof testing test,the waterproof performance testing is studied,and the static waterproof testing method of the prefabricated building is summarized.
