催化燃烧炉窑特性及催化剂老化的研究

摘要 提出将催化燃烧技术与炉窑相结合—天然气催化燃烧炉的工艺流程,充分利用催化燃烧的优势,进一步优化了炉窑的性能。通过对炉窑内炉膛温度的分布情况以及燃烧产生的污染物排放特性进行研究,得出天然气催化燃烧炉窑满足琉璃瓦的烧制工艺,其产生的污染物达到了近零排放,烧成琉璃瓦成品的外观平整光滑,釉色透亮、温润,精致细腻。为了得到炉窑的启动时间与催化剂老化程度的关系,进行了相关的实验。结果表明,随着燃烧累计时间的增长,催化剂的老化程度越来越明显,催化性能逐渐下降,进入稳定催化燃烧状态的时间越来越长,最终导致炉窑的启动时间变长。对新的催化剂和使用后的催化剂进行了电镜实验,结果表明使用后的催化剂表现出来一定的烧结特征,老化程度更为明显。 This article proposed the technology of catalytic combustion combined with furnace-catalytic combustion furnace of natural gas, which made full use of the advantages of catalytic combustion and the performance of furnace was further optimized. In the whole process of heating glazed tiles, the distribution of furnace temperature and the emission characteristics of pollutant produced by combustion were studied. It was concluded that catalytic combustion furnace of natural gas met the heating characteristics of glazed tiles with the characteristics of near-zero pollutant emission. The glazed tiles were smooth in appearance, transparent in color, moist texture,exquisite and delicate in glaze. In order to obtain the relationship between the start-up time of furnace and the aging of catalyst, relevant experiments were carried out. The results showed that the aging of catalyst became more and more obvious with the increase of the cumulative combustion time, and the performance of catalyst decreased gradually and the time to enter the stable catalytic combustion state became longer and longer, which finally leads to the longer start-up time of the furnace. The new catalyst and the used catalyst were tested by means of electron microscope. The results suggested that the catalyst shown certain sintering characteristics and the aging of catalyst was obvious.
