社区人群中血清CMPF水平与脂肪酸代谢及肥胖的相关性 被引量:2

Association of serum CMPF level with fatty acid metabolism and obesity in community population

摘要 目的在社区正常糖耐量人群中检测鱼油的有效代谢物3-羧基-4-甲基-5-丙基呋喃戊酮酸(CMPF)的血清水平,并探讨其与脂肪酸代谢以及肥胖的关系。方法本研究选取2013年上海市社区糖尿病筛查人群中272名糖耐量正常者为研究对象。每位受试者均接受体格检查和标准化问卷调查,空腹采血测量血糖、血脂等生化指标。将体重指数(BMI)≤23.9 kg/m^2的人群作为正常体重组(n=143),BMI≥24 kg/m^2作为超重/月巴胖组(n=129)。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清CMPF水平。结果超重/肥胖组的CMPF水平低于正常体重组[96.50(46.11,169.56)μmol/L对153.20(83.16,282.97)μmol/L,P<0.05]。双变量相关分析显示,血清CMPF水平与BMI(r=-0.256,P<0.01)、三酰甘油(r=-0.175,P=0.004)、游离脂肪酸(r=-0.126,P=0.041)呈负相关。多元线性回归分析结果显示,血清CMPF水平与BMI、三酰甘油、游离脂肪酸和HbA1C独立相关。以超重/肥胖为因变量的二分类logistic回归结果显示,CMPF为超重/肥胖的保护因素(OR=0.324,95%CI0.158,0.664)。结论超重/肥胖人群的血清CMPF水平降低,CMPF是促进脂肪酸代谢的有利因素。 Objective To detect the serum level of 3-carboxy-4-methyl-5-propyl-2-furanpropanoic acid (CMPF),a significant metabolite of fish oil,in subjects with normal glucose tolerance (NGT)in local communities, and to investigate the association of CMPF with fatty acid metabolism.Methods A total of 272 NGT participants from screening for diabetes in Shanghai in 2013 were enrolled.Anthropometric me'asurements,biochemical evaluation,and questionnaire interview were performed for all the participants.The participants were divided into normal weight group [body mass index (BMI)≤23.9 kg/m^2,n =143 ]and overweight/obesity group (BMI ≥24 kg/m^2,n =129).The serum CMPF concentrations were determined using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results Serum CMPF level in overweight/obesity group was lower than that in normal weight group [96.50 (46.11,169.56 )μmol/L vs 153.20(83.16,282.97)μmol/L,P<0.05 ].The serum CMPF level was negatively correlated with BMI (r=-0.256, P<0.01 ),triglycerides (r =-0.175,P =0.004 ),and free fatty acid (r =-0.126,P =0.041 )according to bivariate correlation analyses.A multivariate stepwise linear regression analysis showed that the serum CMPF level was independently associated with BMI,triglycerides,free fatty acid,and HbAic.A logistic regression analysis showed that the CMPF was a protective factor against obesity (OR =0.324,95%CI 0.158,0.664 ).Conclusion Serum CMPF level is reduced in overweight/obese subjects.CMPF is beneficial to lipid metabolism.
