微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛效果及对患者QOL评分的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究微血管减压术(MVD)对原发性三叉神经痛(PTN)患者的效果及对患者生命质量(QOL)评分的影响。方法抽取接受治疗的原发性三叉神经痛患者62例进行对比研究,依据治疗方案的不同,将31例采用苯妥英钠治疗方案患者作为对照组,另外31例采用MVD治疗作为观察组,对不同治疗方案临床疗效进行观察。结果观察组31例患者均达到有效及以上效果,总有效率为100. 00%;对照组31例患者中有4例患者治疗效果不理想,总有效率为87. 10%;观察组31例患者QOL评分处于良好比例为80. 65%,明显大于对照组64. 29%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组QOL评分极差比例为0,明显低于对照组的12. 90%;观察组31例患者仅有1例出现头晕情况,不良反应发生率为3. 23%,并未有患者复发;对照组31例患者中有6例出现头晕恶心、肌张力不全、失眠等情况,不良反应发生率为19. 35%,复发率为9. 68%,2组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 PTN是一种以阵发性剧烈疼痛为主要临床表现的脑神经疾病,现代临床中针对此病症可采用药物治疗与外科手术治疗方案。研究结果证实,PTN采用微血管减压术进行治疗,更有助于提升整体治疗效果,同时治疗后患者生命质量评分较高,且与药物治疗进行对比其不良反应发生率与复发率相对较低,安全性较高。 Objective To investigate the effect of microvascular decompression( MVD) on trigeminal neuralgia( PTN) and the quality of life( QOL) score. Methods A total of 62 patients with PTN who were treated in the hospital were enrolled for the comparative study. According to different treatment options,31 patients treated with Phenytoin were regarded as the control group,and the rest 31 patients treated with MVD were regard as the observation group. The clinical efficacy of different treatments were observed. Results All of the 31 patients in the observation group had better efficacy,the total effective rate was 100%;whereas 4 of the 31 patients in the control group got unsatisfactory therapeutic effects,the total effective rate was 87. 10%. 31 patients in the observation group received good QOL score( 80. 65%),which was significantly higher than that of the control group( 64. 29%),P < 0. 05. None of the patients in the observation group received extreme poor QOL score,which was remarkably lower than that of the control group( 12. 90%). There was only one case of dizziness patient in the observation group,and the adverse reaction rate was 3. 23%. No patients relapsed. In the control group,six patients had dizziness,nausea,dystonia,insomnia,etc. The adverse reaction rate was 19. 35%,the recurrence rate was 9. 68%,and the difference between groups was significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion MVD would be more helpful to improve the overall effect for PTN treatment. At the same time,the patient’s QOL score would be higher after treatment. In addition,compared with drug treatment,the adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate would be relatively low while the safety would be much higher.
