Buerge运动在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症血管腔内介入治疗术后效果

Effect of Buerge exercise in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion by intravascular interventional therapy

目的探讨Buerge运动应用于下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)血管腔内介入治疗术后的效果。方法收集86例下肢ASO患者进行血管腔内介入治疗,分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。观察组在传统功能锻炼的基础上给予Buerge运动,对照组给予传统功能锻炼,观察2组患者踝肱指数(ABI)、经皮氧分压(TcPO)、跛行距离(DOC)、足部皮温及足趾血氧饱和度(SO_2),并观察患者术后并发症发生率及满意度的变化,比较两种功能锻炼方法的优劣性。结果观察组患者经过Buerge运动的干预后,ABI、TcPO、DOC、SO_2等指标均较对照组明显改善(P <0. 05),且术后并发症发生率及功能锻炼的满意度均优于对照组。结论术后患者给予Buerge运动的干预能促进血液循环,加快侧枝循环的建立,改善患肢的缺血症状,有效提高患肢ABI、TcPO、DOC、皮温及SO_2,降低高血压、冠心病及糖尿病等并发症发生率,减少截肢的致残率。

Objective To explore the effect of Buerge exercise in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans( ASO) after intravascular interventional therapy. Method 86 cases of patients with lower limb ASO intracavitary interventional therapy were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group was given Buerge movement on the basis of traditional functional exercise and the control group was given conventional functional exercise. The ankle brachial index( ABI),percutaneous oxygen partial pressure( TcPO),claudication distance( DOC),foot skin temperature and the plantar blood oxygen saturation( SO2) were observed,the change of the incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction of the patients were collected and compared the merits of the two functional exercises. Results After the intervention of Buerge exercise in the observation group,ABI,TcPO,DOC,SO2 and other indicators were significantly improved,compared with the control group( P < 0. 05),and the incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction of functional exercise were superior to the control group. Conclusion The intervention of Buerge exercise after operation can promote blood circulation,accelerate the establishment of collateral circulation,improve the ischemic symptoms of the affected limb,effectively improve the ABI,TcPO,DOC,skin temperature and SO2,reduce the incidence of complications such as hypertension,coronary heart disease and diabetes,and reduce the disability rate of amputation.
