摘要 目的分析探讨骨密度与25羟维生素D(25OH) D水平及两者之间的关系。方法分析675名不同年龄段健康体检者的性别、年龄、民族及是否并发脂肪肝、2型糖尿病等情况,用双能X线骨密度测量仪检测受试者第1~4腰椎椎体(L_(1~4))的骨密度,并用电化学免疫发光法测定血清25(OH) D水平。根据骨密度检测水平将675名受试者分为3组:骨量正常组、骨量减少组和骨质疏松组,对每组受试者年龄、血清25(OH) D水平进行统计学描述,并进行方差分析。分别对3组受试者血清25(OH) D水平进行充足(75~375 nmol/L)、相对缺乏(50~70nmol/L)、绝对缺乏(<50 nmol/L)的描述。结果骨量正常组、骨量减少组、骨质疏松组的人数分别为431、185、58人。各组年龄差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),各组25(OH) D充足的比例分别为4. 1%、10. 3%、1. 7%,血清25(OH) D在骨量正常组、骨量减少组和骨质疏松组的平均值分别为16. 99、16. 89、15. 91,3组之间血清25(OH) D水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论尚未发现25(OH) D与骨密度之间存在直接相关性,还需要扩大样本进一步探讨25(OH) D水平与骨质疏松症的关系。 Objective To analyze the relationship between bone mineral density(BMD) and 25-hydroxy vitamin D(25 OH)D. Methods Bone mineral density(BMD) was measured in 675 subjects and age,race,fatty liver,type 2 diabetes mellitus were recorded. And 25 OHD level was measured by electrochemical immunoluminescence. The subjects were divided into three groups according to bone mineral density: normal bone mass group,osteopenia group and osteoporosis group. The age and serum 25(OH) D level of each group were described statistically and the variance analysis was carried out. The serum 25(OH) D levels in the three groups were described as sufficient(75 ~ 375 nmol/L),relatively deficient(50 ~ 70 nmol/L),and absolutely deficient(< 50 nmol/L). Results The number of bone mass normal group,osteopenia group and osteoporosis group were 431,185,58,respectively. There was no significant difference in age(P > 0. 05). The ratio of 25(OH) D adequacy in each group was 4. 1%,10. 3%,1. 7%,respectively. The average value of serum 25(OH) D in the normal bone mass group,the osteopenia group and the osteoporosis group was 16. 99,16. 89,15. 91. There was no significant difference in the level of serum 25(OH) D between the three groups(P > 0. 05). Conclusion There is no direct correlation between 25(OH) D and bone mineral density. The relationship between 25(OH) D levels and osteoporosis needs to be expanded.
