创新对军民融合企业效率影响的实证研究——以“十大军工集团”上市公司为例

Research on the Impact of Innovation on the Efficiency of Civil-military Integration Enterprises:Taking the Listed Companies of “Ten Military Groups” as Examples

为探究创新对军民融合企业创新效率的影响程度,以"十大军工集团"62家上市公司为样本,运用超效率DEA模型测算2016年我国军民融合企业的效率,并通过Tobit模型测算创新对军民融合企业的影响程度。结果显示,2016年我国军民融合企业效率普遍较低,且不同类型企业间效率差异较大;其中研发人员占比对企业效率促进作用较大,本科以上学历人员占比、专利获批数在短期内对企业效率促进作用较弱,研发经费占比在短期内对军民融合企业的作用的反向的。

To explore the impact of innovation on the innovation efficiency of civil-military integration enterprises. This article taking 62 domestic listed companies of "Ten Military Groups"as samples,this paper measured their efficiency by super-efficiency DEA model,and measured the impact of innovation activities on civil-military integration enterprises by Tobit model. The results showed that: in 2016,the efficiency of civil-military integration enterprises in China was generally low. Furthermore,efficiency of different types of enterprises varied greatly. The proportion of R & D personnels in innovation activities exerted more effects on enterprise efficiency,while the ratio of bachelor degree or above and the patent approval number had weak effect on enterprise efficiency. R & D expenditure accounted for the reverse effect on civil-military integration enterprises in the short term.
