摘要
通过探讨大数据产业与区域科技创新的关系,从驱动效应、集聚效应、协同效应和规模效应等方面阐述大数据产业对区域科技创新发展的作用机制,从技术创新、产业结构转型升级、双创、科技成果转化和科技创新管理等方面分析大数据产业推动区域科技创新的路径,以济南市为例进行实证分析,并提出大数据产业推动区域科技创新的对策建议,为加快实现创新驱动发展提供参考。
By exploring the relationship between big data industry and regional science and technology innovation,this paper expounds the role mechanism of big data industry on regional science and technology innovation development from the aspects of driving effect,agglomeration effect,synergistic effect and scale effect;the paper also analyzes the path of big data industry promoting regional scientific and technological innovation from the aspects of technological innovation,industrial structure transformation and upgrading,double innovation,transformation of scientific and technological achievements and scientific and technological innovation management. Taking Jinan as an example for an empirical analysis,we propose countermeasures and suggestions for the big data industry to promote regional technology innovation,which provides references for accelerating the realization of innovation-driven development.
