2013—2017年国际上管理学创新研究热点、前沿及其演进探析

The Hot Spot,Frontier and Evolution of Research on International Management Innovation from 2013 to 2017

基于科学计量学原理,利用可视化技术,对2013—2017年SSCI数据库收录的3 018条管理学创新研究文献进行分析。研究结果显示,近5年国际上管理学创新研究热点包括:一是关于创新自身研究,如"创新""开放式创新""技术创新"和"创新绩效"等;二是创新影响后果研究,如"企业绩效""产品开发""竞争优势"和"企业成长"等;三是创新前置因素研究,如"研发""吸收能力"和"动态能力"等;同时,对主题热点演进历程进行探索。管理学创新研究前沿包括"科学的""出口业绩""资源""双元"和"公司规模"等,并对其演进情况进行分析。

Based on the principles of scientometrics,the analysis of 3018 literatures of management innovation research in the SSCI database from 2013 to 2017 is presented using information visualization technology. The findings show that when it comes to the research hot spots of international management innovation in the recent five years: First,researches about innovation itself,such as " innovation" " open innovation" " technological innovation" and " innovation performance" and so on;Second,researches about the result of innovation impact,such as " enterprise performance" " product development" " competitive advantage" " Business growth" and so on;Third,researches about influencing factors of innovation,such as " research and development" " absorptive capacity" " dynamic capability" and so on. At the same time,the evolution of hot topics is explored. The international management innovation research frontier mainly focuses on " scientific" "export performance" " resources" " duality" " company size" and so on;In addition,the evolution of the frontier is analyzed.
