论创新创业教育背景下江西省地方高校的科技创新服务功能

On the Service Function of Scientific and Technological Innovation in Local Colleges and Universities of Jiangxi Province Under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

基于江西省几所地方高校创新创业教育的实地调查数据,运用有序Probit模型解读创新创业教育背景下可能影响地方高校科技创新服务功能的指数因子,分析江西省地方高校创新创业教育在区域科技创新系统中的地位与作用,指出建立良好的约束和激励机制能达到引导地方高校自觉实施创新创业教育目的,更充分发挥地方高校科技创新服务功能。研究表明,地方高校实施创新创业教育不仅可提高其科技创新能力和综合实力,更能有效促进区域内高校和谐发展。

Based on the field survey data of innovation and entrepreneurship education in several local universities in Jiangxi province, we use the ordered Probit model to interpret the index factors that may affect the service function of science and technology innovation in local universities under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education. From the analysis of the position and function of local colleges’ innovation and entrepreneurship education in regional innovation system, it is pointed out that the establishment of good restraint and incentive mechanism can guide the local colleges and universities to consciously implement innovation education, and give full play to science and technology innovation service function of local colleges and universities. The research shows that the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities can not only improve their technological innovation ability and comprehensive strength, but also effectively promote the harmonious development of universities in the region.
