摘要
建筑信息模型化(BIM)技术产权具有价值不易评估但易被侵犯的特点,因此准确评估和合理保护BIM技术产权价值至关重要。通过定义BIM技术产权和分析BIM技术特性,提出适用于BIM技术产权价值评估的方法:加权成本-效益法,并探讨具体参数的选取;实证研究结果表明,BIM技术产权价值评估的加权成本-效益法具有一定的合理性和有效性,进而从系统构建、技术改进、法律制定、共享平台构建和加强BIM技术产权研究五方面对BIM技术产权保护提出建议。
The property right of building information modeling(BIM)technology is difficult to evaluate but easy to be infringed, so it is very important to evaluate and protect the value of BIM technology property right accurately and reasonably. By defining the property rights of BIM technology and analyzing the characteristics of BIM technology, this paper puts forward the method of weighted cost-benefit method, which is suitable for evaluating the value of BIM technology property rights, and discusses the selection of specific parameters. The empirical results show that the weighted cost-benefit method for evaluating the value of BIM technology property rights is reasonable and effective. The paper then puts forward some suggestions on the protection of BIM technology property right from five aspects: system construction, technology improvement, law making, sharing platform construction and strengthening the research of BIM technology property right.
