摘要 电力行业为碳排放主要领域之一,对电网低碳水平进行综合评价,既可使电网企业对当前自身低碳发展水平拥有直观判断,也为国家在电力行业制定相关低碳政策提供方向。在已有研究的基础上,将各种智能电网技术的应用程度和影响电网碳排放的相关要素作为评价依据,构建一套综合性较强的电网低碳指标体系。同时,针对当前对于电网的低碳评价注重定量分析而缺乏定性分析的问题,提出基于改进的超效率数据包络分析模型和模糊综合评价法,实现对电网低碳水平的定量与定性分析;并利用部分地区电网作为研究对象进行算例分析,验证该方法的实用性和有效性。 Power industry is one of the main areas of carbon emission. Comprehensive evaluation of the low carbon level of power grid can not only make grid enterprises have intuitive judgment on their own low carbon development level, but also provide the direction for the country to formulate relevant low-carbon policies in the power industry. Based on the existing researches, this paper uses the degree of application of various smart grid technologies and the relevant factors affecting the carbon emissions of the grid as the evaluation bases, constructs a set of comprehensive low-carbon energy efficiency indicator systems. At the same time, in light of the current lack of qualitative analysis on the low-carbon evaluation of the power grid, an improved super-efficient data envelopment analysis model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are proposed to achieve quantitative and qualitative analysis of the low-carbon level of the power grid,and taking part of the regional power grid as a research object, a case study is conducted to verify the practicability and effectiveness of this method.
