摘要
在知识经济背景下,为揭示智力资本各维度间作用关系的"黑箱",从智力资本的四维结构出发,通过206家中国企业的数据研究发现:智力资本不仅能直接影响组织绩效,还可通过其他维度间接影响组织绩效;同时这4个结构维度间还存在交互效应,它们不同程度地影响着组织绩效。
In the background of knowledge economy, in order to reveal the "black box" of the relationship between the dimensions of intellectual capital, from the four-dimensional structure of intellectual capital, this paper studies the data of 206 Chinese enterprises. The study found that: intellectual capital can not only directly affect organizational performance, but also indirectly affect organizational performance through other dimensions. At the same time, there are interactive effects among the four structural dimensions, which affect organizational performance to varying degrees.
