浅谈《金匮要略》虚劳病学术思想对老年病诊治的启发

Discussing on the Academic Thought of Deficiency and Fatigue Disease in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber for the Inspiration of Diagnozing and Treating Senile Diseases

虚劳是以五脏虚证为主要临床表现的慢性虚弱证候的总称。《金匮要略·血痹虚劳病脉证并治》首次提出了虚劳病名,并详细探讨了虚劳常见之脉象、临床症状,辨治方法丰富多样。老年病以虚为本、多见阴阳气血失调、脏腑气血衰弱和多痰多瘀,呈现多种病机特点。本文从通过总结《金匮要略》虚劳病篇的辨治特色,以求对老年病诊治的有所启发。

Consumptive disease is the general term of chronic weakness syndrome with the deficiency of five Zang organs as the main clinical manifestation.Synopsis of the Golden Chamber has first proposed consumptive disease,and has discussed the deficiency of the pulse and the common clinical symptoms,the treatment methods is varied.The elderly are based on deficiency,it’ s common to see the imbalance of Yin and Yang Qi,the failure of entrails function and abundance of damp,phlegm and blood-stasis,showing a variety of pathogenesis.This paper through summarizing the characteristics of consumptive disease in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,in order to inspire the diagnosis and treatment of senile diseases.
