参桂护心汤联合耳穴埋豆对冠心病心绞痛影响研究

Study on the Effects of Ginseng and Cinnamon Concentric Decoction on the Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探究参桂护心汤联合耳穴埋豆对冠心病心绞痛影响。方法:选取我院2016年5月～2017年10月收治的108例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,采取随机双盲法将所有患者分为对照组及观察组,对照组患者(54例)常规临床护理干预,观察组患者(54例)则在对照组干预基础上给予患者参桂护心汤联合耳穴埋豆干预,对比两组患者干预后疗效、心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛持续时间、患者卧床休息时间及住院时间、睡眠质量(匹兹堡睡眠指数,PSQI)、生活质量(SF-36)、干预满意率。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率(98. 15%)高于对照组(87. 04%),P<0. 05;观察组患者干预后心绞痛发作频率少于对照组,心绞痛持续时间、患者卧床休息时间及住院时间均短于对照组,PSQI及SF-36评分优于对照组,P<0. 01;观察组患者干预满意率为96. 30%,高于对照组85. 19%,P<0. 05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:参桂护心汤联合耳穴埋豆对冠心病心绞痛患者具有积极影响,经干预后患者临床疗效提升,心绞痛症状改善,恢复快,睡眠及生活质量佳,满意率提升,可推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of Shengui Huxin Decoction for coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods:Selected from May 2016 to October 2017 treated 108cases of coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients as the research object,took the randomized double blind method,all patients were divided into controlled group and observation group,the controlled group(54cases) in patients with routine clinical nursing intervention,the observation group of patients(54cases) in the controlled group intervention on the basis of giving patients and laurel mindarmor joint ear acupuncture point buries a bean soup intervention,compared the curative effect,the two groups after intervention in patients with angina frequency and duration of angina,patients with bed rest time and length of hospital stay,sleep quality(Pittsburgh sleep index,PSQI),the quality of life(SF-36),patient satisfaction and intervention.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment(98.15%) in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(87.04%),P<0.05;The observation group after intervention in patients with angina frequency was less than the controlled group,patients with angina pectoris duration,bed rest time and hospital stay were shorter than the controlled group,PSQI and SF-36 score was better than that of the controlled group,P<0.01.The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 96.30%,higher than 85.19% in the controlled group,P< 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Shengui Huxin Decoction combined ear acupuncture point buries a bean has a positive effect in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris,after intervention in patients with clinical efficacy of ascension,angina symptoms has improved,rapid recovery,sleep and good quality of life,improve satisfaction,can be applied.
