消风散结合自血疗法对荨麻疹患者免疫失衡及相关因子水平的影响

Effect of Xiaofeng Powder Combined with Autohemotherapy on Immune Imbalance and Related Factors for Patients with Urticaria

目的:观察消风散结合自血疗法对荨麻疹患者免疫失衡及相关因子水平的影响。方法:选择我院2016年1月至2017年12月收治的荨麻疹患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予消风散结合自血疗法治疗,比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后症状积分,T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)水平和免疫球蛋白Ig E水平,C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)水平。结果:(1)观察组有效率92. 50%高于对照组的72. 50%(P<0. 05);(2)治疗后,观察组风团、红疹和瘙痒积分均低于对照组(P<0. 05);(3)治疗后,观察组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均高于对照组(P<0. 05),CD8+、Ig E水平均低于对照组(P<0. 05);(4)治疗后,观察组CRP、IL-6水平均明显低于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论:消风散结合自血疗法可有效调节荨麻疹患者免疫平衡,改善免疫功能和炎症因子水平。

Objective:To explore the effects of Xiaofeng Powder combined with autohemotherapy on immune imbalance and related factors for patients with urticaria.Methods:80 cases of patients with urticaria treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were divided into controlled group(n = 40) and observation group(n = 40).The controlled group was given conventional western medicine,and the observation group was given Xiaofeng Powder combined with autohemotherapy.The treatment effects,and the symptoms scores,levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),immunoglobulin Ig E,C-reactive protein(CRP) and interleukin-6(IL-6) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(92.50% vs 72.50%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of wheal,rash and itching in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05) while the levels of CD8+and Ig E were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-6in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P< 0.05).Conclusions:Xiaofeng Powder combined with autohemotherapy can effectively modulate the immune balance of urticaria patients,and improve immune function and inflammatory factors level.
