中药熨烫治疗胫骨高位截骨术后肿胀临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Ironing on Swelling after Upper Tibia Osteotomy

目的:观察中药熨烫治疗胫骨高位截骨术(HTO)后肿胀的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合入选标准的胫骨高位截骨术后患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。其中对照组按常规进行护理;实验组在此基础上于术后第2天加以中药熨烫于患肢切口上下10cm处予以熨烫治疗。用肿胀程度评定标准和Wong-Baker面部表情疼痛量表观察记录两组术后第1天,术后第3天,术后第7天肿胀消退及疼痛程度情况。结果:两组患者术后1天肿胀疼痛程度的差别无统计学意义(P>0. 05),术后3天实验组患者患肢肿胀及疼痛程度明显低于对照组患者(P<0. 05),术后7天实验组患肢肿胀消退及疼痛程度明显好于对照组患者(P<0. 05)。结论:中药熨烫治疗能明显缓解胫骨高位截骨术后局部肿胀疼痛,改善膝关节功能,促进术后康复。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ironing treatment for treating high tibial osteotomy(HTO).Methods:60patients were randomly divided into experimental group and controlled group,with 30 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated by routine nursing.On this basis,the experimental group was ironed and ironed for the second day after the operation.The results showed that there were two groups of patients who had been diagnosed with symptoms of swelling and pain,and the symptoms of swelling and pain were observed on the first day after surgery,the third day after surgery,and the 7th day after surgery.Results:The two groups of patients with postoperative 1day swelling and pain degree of difference was not significant(P>0.05),the experimental group of patients after 3days limb swelling and pain was significantly lower than the controlled group patients(P<0.05),after seven days in the experimental group limb swelling subsided,and the pain was significantly better than the controlled group patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ironing treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can relieve the pain of local swelling,improve the function of knee joint and promote postoperative recovery.
