跳仓法因能够有效控制大体积混凝土结构裂缝的出现,被用来取代后浇带在越来越多大型项目地下室底板浇筑中予以应用。商业综合体项目因业态、开发速度的不同,其底板的浇筑形式也将不同。通过研究"跳仓法"相对于后浇带的优势,及其在不同业态及开发周期下商业综合体地下室底板中的适用性,以充分发挥其在控制结构裂缝的方面的优势,达到提高质量,节约成本,缩短工期的目的。

The alternate segment concrete pouring method can effectively control the appearance of structural cracks in large volume concrete structures,and is used to replace the later-pouring band in the basement of more and more large projects.Because of the different formats and development speed of commercial complex projects,the pouring form of the basement floor will be different. The purpose of this paper is to study the advantages of its relative to the later-pouring band,and the applicability of the alternate segment concrete pouring method in different formats and development cycle of commercial complex basement floor,to maximize the advantage of controlling the structural cracks,so as to achieve the goal of improving quality,saving cost and shortening construction period.
