通过对道路桥梁施工管理中存在的问题进行分析,提出建立完善的施工管理体系、合理控制工程进度、提高施工人员的综合能力,控制施工环境条件,定期总结管理经验等5个方面进行控制,可为开展道路桥梁施工的工作人员提供一定的参考。

This text attempts to conclude the methodology of road and bridge construction management in five aspects, including the well-established system of construction management,the reasonable control of the project progress,the improvement of the comprehensive ability of the builders,the control of the construction environment and the regular summary of the management experience,hoping to provide some reference for the staff of the road and bridge construction.
