摘要
以杭州市余杭区康桥路至上塘路节点提升工程为依托,对BIM技术在工程建设中的应用进行研究。通过BIM相关软件建立三维模型,实现复核设计图纸、优化施工方案、调整施工筹划、可视化交底等目的。实践证明,工程项目应用BIM技术能有效地提高项目管理能力,提高工程质量,节省工程投资,提升项目品质等。
Based on the node lifting project of Kangqiao Road to Shangtang Road in Yuhang District of Hangzhou City,this paper studies the application of BIM technology in engineering construction.The three-dimensional model is established by BIM software to realize the purposes of checking design drawings,optimizing construction scheme,adjusting construction planning,and visualizing the bottom.Practice has proved that the application of BIM technology in engineering projects can effectively improve project management ability,improve project quality,save project investment and improve project quality.
