选择高铁特定区旁,以RC构造兴建的农舍(A建物)及于该基地引进以不同材质兴建的轻钢构住宅(B建物)为例,尝试以绿色建筑评估系统对个案进行评估,以了解其适用情形。透过评估分析过程,将已成熟的施工技术进行汇总,为优质农舍住宅施工提供参考。

In this study,the selection of a farmhouse (A building)built with an RC structure and a light steel house (B building)constructed with different materials at a specific area along the high-speed railway is taken as an example to try to evaluate the case with the green building evaluation system.To understand its application.Through the evaluation and analysis process,the mature construction technology will be summarized to provide reference for the construction of quality farmhouse housing.
