悬浇箱梁合拢段施工的质量控制分析

摘要 在目前我国桥梁建设中,大跨度桥梁普遍采用悬臂浇筑法施工,随着跨度越来越大,合拢段质量控制难度也有所增加。结合本溪北地跨线桥悬臂浇筑合拢段施工过程,介绍并分析了合拢段采用钢支撑及钢绞线临时锁定、控制混凝土浇筑温度、采用微膨胀混凝土、洒水养护及通风降温等施工控制措施。通过上述措施确保了悬臂箱梁合拢段施工质量及桥梁使用寿命,为同类悬臂浇筑桥梁合拢段施工质量控制提供参考。 In the current construction of bridges in China,large-span bridges are generally constructed by cantilever casting method.As the span is larger,the difficulty of quality control in the closed section has also increased.Combined with the construction process of cantilever pouring and closing section of Benxi North Ground Overpass Bridge,the construction control measures such as steel support and steel strand temporary locking,controlling concrete pouring temperature,micro-expansion concrete,watering maintenance and ventilation cooling were introduced and analyzed.Through the above measures,the construction quality of the cantilever box girder closing section and the service life of the bridge are ensured,which provides a reference for the construction quality control of the similar cantilever pouring bridge.
