摘要
钻孔灌注桩是桥梁工程中常见的基础形式,对钻孔灌注桩施工工序与关键技术进行了总结,对施工过程中出现的断桩及桩身偏斜等问题的原因进行了总结,并提出了对应的处置措施。结合工程实例,介绍钻孔灌注桩施工工序与关键技术,包括埋设施工护筒,制备循环泥浆,钻进造孔,浇筑成桩,对钻孔灌注桩出现的质量问题采取了相应的处置措施,从而确保了桩基检测的合格,提高了桥梁工程的质量。
Bored piles are a common form of foundation in bridge engineering.The paper summarizes the construction process and key technologies of bored piles,and summarizes the causes of broken piles and pile deflections during construction.And proposed corresponding disposal measures.Combined with engineering examples,introduces the construction procedure and key technologies of bored cast-in-place pile,including burying construction shield,preparing circulating mud,drilling and drilling holes,and pouring piles corresponding disposal measures were taken for the quality problems of bored piles,thus ensuring the qualification of pile foundation inspection and improving the quality of bridge engineering.
