摘要
通过对某新建铁路软基处理过程中使用水泥搅拌桩的施工工艺进行了概述,从试桩、施工准备工作、施工质量控制等方面对其进行分析。实践证明,水泥搅拌桩的应用有效的解决了软基沉降等问题,有效确保了铁路地基的稳定性,值得在以后类似项目中推广和应用。
Cement mixing pile is a common soft foundation treatment.This paper summarizes the working principle of cement mixing piles,and summarizes the construction technology of cement mixing piles in the process of soft foundation treatment of a new railway.It analyzes the test piles,construction preparation work and construction quality control.Practice has proved that the application of cement mixing piles effectively solves the problems of soft foundation settlement,etc.,and effectively ensures the stability of the railway foundation,which is worthy of promotion and application in similar projects in the future.
