迁移侵袭抑制蛋白MIIP与肿瘤的研究进展

摘要 迁移侵袭抑制蛋白(MIIP)基因是近年来新发现的一种抑癌基因,与多种人类肿瘤发生进展关系密切。它主要通过与胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白2 (IGFBP2)、组蛋白去乙酰化酶6(HDAC6)结合调控肿瘤细胞的迁移、侵袭。本文主要围绕MIIP与肿瘤的关系,及其作用机制进行归纳总结。目的在全面了解MIIP对肿瘤影响的基础上,为抗肿瘤治疗提供新思路辅助临床治疗。 The migration and invasion inhibitory protein(MIIP) gene is a newly identified tumor suppressor gene in recent years, and it is closely associated with the tumorigenesis of various human tumors. MIIP mainly regulates the migration and invasion of tumor cell by interacting with insulin-like growth factor binding protein 2(IGFBP-2) and histone deacetylase 6(HDAC6). This article focuses on the relationship between MIIP and tumor, and summarizes its mechanism of action. It attempts to provide a novel ideal for anti-tumor treatment to assist clinical therapy based on a comprehensive analysis of the effects of MIIP on tumors.
