打造新动能高地有助于新动能加速成长和传统动能转型升级,是实现高质量发展的内在要求,也是供给侧结构性改革的着力点,更是一个地区后发赶超和先发引领的重要支撑。立足新余实际,对新余打造新动能高地的有利条件和面临的问题短板进行了系统分析,并提出了一系列富有针对性和可操作性的对策建议。

Creating the new growth driver fields are conducive to accelerating new growth drivers’ development as well as transforming and upgrading traditional growth drivers.It is the inherent requirement for achieving high-quality development and is also the focus of supply-side structural reform and is the important support for a region to catch up with and surpass others and lead the way.Based on the reality in Xinyu,this paper systematically analyzes the favorable conditions and shortcomings of creating the new growth driver fields in Xinyu,and puts forward a series of targeted and operative countermeasures.
