江西省“四链+三区”城市体系发展构想

The “four-chain + three-area”urban system development idea for Jiangxi Province

江西省城市化进程中需要着手构建"四链+三区"的城市体系。"四链"由两条主链和两条辅链构成,在南北方向和东西方向上将行政区划内的主要中心地串联在一起,为在省域范围内构建一体化的城市体系搭建了框架。"三区"即根据省域行政区划内设区市间的联系,将整个行政区划划分为三个子片区,在赣西北片区内要形成"弓背+弓弦"的分步走格局,赣东北片区要形成"三角形+节点城市团"的发展格局,赣中南片区要形成"主链+辅链+子片区"的发展格局。在此基础上,南昌市要与武汉市、长沙市形成"三角形"互动格局,提升城市化速度,而后通过"以北部带动中南部"的发展步骤推动省域城市化水平提升。

It is necessary for Jiangxi province to construct"four-chain + three-area"urban system during the process of urbanization."Four-chain"is constructed by two main chains and two auxiliary chains,in the north-south direction and in the east-west direction,all the centers within the administrative area can be linked together,the framework will be built within the scope of the provincial area to achieve the purpose of integrative urbanization."Three-area"is the three sub-areas divided within the provincial administrative divisions according to the contact within the entire administrative division,"bow-arch + bow-string"and"step-by step"development pattern must be formed within the northwest of Jiangxi province,"triangle + node city group"development pattern must be formed within the northeast of Jiangxi province,the"main chain + auxiliary chain + sub area"development pattern must be formed with the central south area of Jiangxi proince.On the basis of all the things mentioned above,the trans-administration triangle interacting efficiently among Nanchang city,Wuhan city and Changsha city must also be shaped,the speed of urbanization can be improved,and then by way of" the north stimulating central area and mid-area",the urbanization standard of the whole area of Jiangxi province can be improved gradually.
