Review of the Process Philosophy for the Belt and Road Initiative

首先从过程哲学视角看,世界的存在是通过"一"和"多"之间的动态演化而生成的,应当尊重不同文明的差异,习俗不同的国家不是敌人而是天赐之福。其次,提倡现代文明之间的交往应当超越暴力的征服,实现国家间交往方式从征服到说服的转变,强调和平交往是时代的主题。再次,从本体论意义上提倡冒险情怀,强调以创新为驱动的发展方式。最后,从存在论、价值论的意义上强调世界万物的内在联系,宇宙是一个休戚与共的命运共同体。

First of all,from the perspective of the process philosophy,the existence of the world is generated by the dynamic evolution between "one"and "many",and the differences in different civilizations should be respected,countries with different customs are enemies but uisses. Secondly,it is advocated that the exchange between modern civilizations should surpass the conquest of violence,and the realization of exchanges among countries should be transformed from conquest to persuasion,and peaceful exchange is emphasized as the theme of the times. Thirdly,in the ontological sense,adventurous feelings are advocated and the innovationdriven development mode is emphasized. Lastly,from the viewpoints of ontology and axiology,the inner connection of all things in the world is emphasized,and the universe is a community of shared destiny.
