国家治理现代化视阈下党的执政能力建设探究

On the Construction of CPC's Governing Capability from the Perspective of Modernization of National Governance

推进国家治理能力和治理体系现代化是我国全面深化改革的目标之一,中国共产党是现代国家治理进程中最重要的治理主体,党的执政能力建设能够推动国家治理能力现代化的实现。在中国特色的政治语境下,从国家治理的标准和中国共产党的地位出发,国家治理现代化对党的职能、领导方式、执政方式以及执政理念提出了基本要求。为推进国家治理现代化,中国共产党必须旗帜鲜明讲政治,注重党内思想革新,提高党组织内部治理能力,全面从严治党以提高党的执政能力。

Promoting the modernization of state governance system and administrative capabilities is one of the goals of China’s comprehensive deepening reform and opening up. The CPC is the most important governance subject in the process of modern national governance,the construction of its governance capacity can promote the modernization of national governance capacity. Under the political context with Chinese characteristics,departing from the standards of national governance and the status of the CPC,the modernization of national governance has put forward the basic requirements for the Party’s functions,leadership style,ruling style and ruling ideology. In order to promote the modernization of national governance,the CPC must lay much stress on politics,attach greater importance to the ideological reform within the Party,improve the governance capacity of the party organizations,and exercise strict governance over the Party and improve the Party’s overall ability to govern and lead.
