At present,Chinese competitive fighting events when the behavior is defined with sports rules,including the definition of criminal law,the law,the definition of standard is defined as the behavior will cause the confusion. Therefore,there is the need to clear competitive fighting events in what is defined as behavior and what are the characteristics of sports. Then,how to define the behavior of the game in a competitive game is defined by the analysis and summary method,the physical property and the legal nature of the behavior of the game are expounded,and the excessive behavior of the athletics fighting is defined.
