In the transformation development,the local normal colleges and universities are facing the problem of how to stick to the teacher’s education.In the process of pushing transformation development,Hengyang Normal University transfers its education concept,sticks to the traditions of teacher’s education,reforms the pattern of cultivation and creates the new system of cultivation.The school tries to do a refined and powerful teacher’s education to provide good quality teaching staff for the local foundation education and improve comprehensively the quality of the personnel.
