On Position and Role of Teaching Supervision in Local Colleges and Universities

针对地方本科院校教学督导设立目标,实现教学督导对本科人才培养质量提供有力的保障,结合教学督导多年的实践工作,分别对教学督导的界定、特性、定位、职能、职责、组成以及发挥有效作用等方面进行阐述。明确教学督导的地位、功能、作用以及相互关系,充分发挥地方本科院校教学督导在维护教学秩序、规范教学活动、加强教学管理、培养教师队伍、深化教学改革、提高教学质量等方面的积极作用。

According to the goals of setting up teaching supervision in local colleges and universities,realizing to provide a powerful guarantee for the quality of talents in undergraduate education,combined with practical work of teaching supervision for many years,the definition,characteristics,location,function,responsibility,composition of teaching supervision and its playing an effective role are described respectively.Clarifying the status,function,role of teaching supervision and their correlations were discussed.This paper discusses how to give full play to the positive role of teaching supervision in maintaining the teaching order,standardizing the teaching activities,strengthening the teaching management,cultivating the teacher team,deepening the teaching reform and improving the teaching quality.
