The batch control system called VxBatch was developed by SUPCON. The system was employed to succeed in realizing the fully automatic process of the resin roduction line in a resin plant. The technology and the control difficulties of the traditional resin production was introduced, along with the function and the application effect of VxBatch software. The key point that VxBatch could regulated the control range of the operators through its own characteristics was introduced. It showd that both the operation steps was simplified, and the production cycle was reduced. Then it improved the product quality and production efficiency.
