摘要
精细化工生产过程多采用小批量、多品种生产,且多为间歇或半连续过程,工艺流程及操作步骤繁杂,工艺介质多为有一定毒性、腐蚀性和易燃易爆性的化学品,过程运行危险性大。对精细化工装置进行危险与可操作性分析,整体提高装置的工艺安全水平十分重要。本文重点介绍了HAZOP技术在精细化工装置的应用情况,为企业安全风险管理提供依据。
Fine chemical production process is always dangerous because of the characteristics that small patch, multi-variety production, mostly intermittent or semi-continuous process, complicated operation steps and dangerous chemicals are adopted. It is very important to do the hazard and operability analysis for fine chemical plant in order to improve the level of process safety. This paper mainly introduces the HAZOP technology application in fine chemical plant and provide the basis for enterprise security risk management.
