摘要
皮带秤在输送物料的同时完成计量,具有低成本高效率的优点,但传统皮带秤的准确度不高、稳定性差的通病,长期困扰着燃煤电厂。本文概述了"阵列式皮带秤"的原理、结构及特点。通过其在广州恒运企业集团股份有限公司电厂接煤计量上的成功应用,阐述了"阵列式皮带秤"以较低的计量成本和较高的计量稳定性,实现了电厂接煤的准确计量。
Belt weigher has the advantages of low cost and high efficiency, but the traditional belt weigher is not accurate and has poor stability, which has long troubled coal-fired power plants. This paper summarizes the principle, structure and characteristics of the "array belt scale". Through its successful application in the coal metering of power plant of Guangzhou Hengyun Enterprise Group Co., Ltd., the paper expounds that the "array belt scale" realizes the accurate metering of coal receiving of power plant with lower metering cost and higher metering efficiency.
