本文以黔南州图书馆多年来发挥社会职能优势,传承地方民族文化的实践活动及所取得的成绩为例,探讨(1)如何发挥图书馆文献管理职能,运用数字化手段全面、系统、完整保存地方民族文献;(2)如何发挥图书馆信息传递职能,将经过数字整合的地方民族文化送入互联网,实现资源共享;(3)如何发挥图书馆智力开发职能,通过视频、音频、网络等现代科学技术手段传承储存在传承人头脑中的深奥精微的地方民族活态文化;(4)如何发挥图书馆保存人类文化遗产职能,运用音频、视频、动画及UNITY3D等软件对活态地方民族文化进行保护、整合、展示及虚拟再现;(5)如何发挥图书馆文化娱乐职能,通过拓展阅读推广活动将地方民族戏剧、歌舞搬上文艺舞台,运用舞台表演艺术对地方民族文化进行传承与弘扬。

Taking the practice activities and achievements of inheriting the local ethnic culture in Library of Qiannan State for many years as an example,this paper discusses( 1) how to play the library document management function and preserve the local ethnic literature comprehensively,systematically and completely by means of digital means;( 2) How to play the function of information transfer in libraries,send digital integrated local ethnic culture to the Internet,and realize resource sharing;( 3) How to develop the intellectual development function of the library and inherit the profound and subtle local ethnic culture stored in the minds of the inheritors through modern scientific and technological means such as video,audio,and Internet;( 4) How to develop the library’s function of preserving human cultural heritage and use audio,video,animation and UNITY3 D software to protect,integrate,display and virtual reproduce the living local ethnic culture;( 5) How to give full play to the library’s cultural and entertainment functions,to put local ethnic dramas and songs and dances on the stage of literature and art by expanding reading promotion activities.
