《黔南布依族苗族自治州促进茶产业发展条例》(以下简称《条例》)于2014年7月1日正式施行,《条例》颁布实施至今4余年,有力地推进了黔南州茶产业健康快速发展。本文简述了《条例》起草的背景和始末,分析了《条例》颁布实施以来黔南州茶产业的发展情况,并提出了建议。

The regulations on the promotion of tea industry development in Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture(hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") was officially implemented on July 1, 2014. The "Regulations"have been promulgated and implemented for more than 4 years, which has effectively promoted the healthy and fast tea industry in Qiannan Prefecture This paper briefly describes the background and the beginning of the drafting of the "Regulations", analyzes the development of the tea industry in Qiannan Prefecture since the promulgation and implementation of the "Regulations", and puts forward suggestions.
