摘要
N1206皮回联巷为大断面、特厚煤层巷道。潞安集团余吾煤业有限公司综掘三队在施工N1206皮回联巷时通过技术研究,分析巷道掘进存在的主要技术难题,提出"留底搭盘走煤法"施工工艺,对顶板施工锚杆、锚索以及"JW"型钢带进行永久支护,同时采用"注浆+密集锚索吊棚"对顶板进行加强支护,实际应用效果表明,取得了显著成效。
Based on the analysis of main technical problems existing in roadway excavation in the course of construction of N1206 Pihui Jitty,Yuwu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,Luan Group Co.,the paper proposes that using construction technology of "bottom remaining,plate laying and coal moving method" to permanently support the roof construction bolt,anchor cable and "JW" section steel belt,and "grouting + dense anchor rope sling" to strengthen the roof support,which proves remarkable achievement.
