副井摩擦式提升机钢丝绳更换实践

Practice on rope replacement of friction hoist in auxiliary shaft

为了确保摩擦式提升机更换钢丝绳工作的安全经济,山西潞安集团股份公司常村煤矿对常用的步进式换绳车换绳、换绳车换绳、稳车放绳不支撑罐笼换绳、稳车放绳支撑罐笼换绳工艺进行了分析,确定王村工区副井摩擦式提升机采用稳车放绳支撑罐笼换绳工艺换绳。结果表明:此工艺对于场地有限的副立井进行钢丝绳更换有极高的实用性、推广性;换绳过程中两个罐笼有悬挂支撑保护,同时具有钢丝绳将两罐笼连接的保护,双保护的安全性是其它换绳工艺所无法比拟的;解决了开动绞车更换钢丝绳法中更换最后一根钢丝绳时张力不易消除、需安装更多辅助设施的缺点,节约了资金投入。
