副井摩擦式提升机钢丝绳更换实践 被引量:1

摘要 为了确保摩擦式提升机更换钢丝绳工作的安全经济,山西潞安集团股份公司常村煤矿对常用的步进式换绳车换绳、换绳车换绳、稳车放绳不支撑罐笼换绳、稳车放绳支撑罐笼换绳工艺进行了分析,确定王村工区副井摩擦式提升机采用稳车放绳支撑罐笼换绳工艺换绳。结果表明:此工艺对于场地有限的副立井进行钢丝绳更换有极高的实用性、推广性;换绳过程中两个罐笼有悬挂支撑保护,同时具有钢丝绳将两罐笼连接的保护,双保护的安全性是其它换绳工艺所无法比拟的;解决了开动绞车更换钢丝绳法中更换最后一根钢丝绳时张力不易消除、需安装更多辅助设施的缺点,节约了资金投入。 In order to ensure the safety of the friction hoist can replace the wire rope work economy,shanxi LuAn Chang Village coal mining group co.LTD to the commonly used step by step to change the car line,change in rope,rope car garage rope support cage in line,not cart rope supporting cage in line process are analyzed,and determine the king village work area during friction hoist with steady vehicles rope supporting cage rope process change on the rope.The results show that this technology has high practicability and popularization for the replacement of steel wire rope in the limited auxiliary shaft.In the process of rope replacement,the two cage has suspension support protection,and at the same time has the protection of wire rope to connect the two cage,double protection of safety is incomparable to other rope replacement process;It solves the shortcomings of replacing the last wire rope in the method of starting winch and replacing the wire rope,such as the difficulty in eliminating the tension and the need to install more auxiliary facilities,and saves the capital investment.
