前列舒通胶囊联合坦索罗辛治疗慢性前列腺炎伴早泄的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Qianlie Shutong capsule combined with tamsulosin on chronic prostatitis with premature ejaculation

目的:探讨前列舒通胶囊联合坦索罗辛治疗慢性前列腺炎(chronic prostatitis,CP)伴早泄(premature ejaculation,PE)症状的临床疗效。方法:收集2017-09～2018-03在我院泌尿外科门诊被诊断为CP并PE的患者87例,随机分为对照组(n=43,服用前列舒通胶囊)和实验组(n=44,服用前列舒通胶囊联合坦索罗辛)。记录并比较两组治疗前后前列腺炎症状指数(national institute of health-chronic prostatitis symptom index,NIH-CPSI)评分、阴道内射精潜伏时间(intravaginal ejaculation latency time,IELT)、早泄诊断工具(premature ejaculation diagnostic tool,PEDT)评分、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分和性生活满意度(sexual life satisfaction,SLS)评分。结果:对照组治疗后NIH-CPSI、PEDT、SAS评分与治疗前比较明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而IELT和SLS评分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组治疗后NIH-CPSI、PEDT、SAS、SLS评分和IELT与治疗前比较均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与对照组比较,效果更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列舒通胶囊联合坦索罗辛治疗慢性前列腺炎伴早泄在改善会阴部、后尿道、阴囊胀痛及尿路刺激症状的同时可延长阴道内射精潜伏时间,提高性生活满意度,具有良好的疗效及安全性。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qianlie Shutong capsule combined with tamsulosin in treatment of chronic prostatitis(CP)with premature ejaculation(PE).Methods:Eighty-seven patients with CP and PE in our outpatient department were randomly divided into the control group(n=43)and the experimental group(n=44).The control group took Qianlie Shutong capsule and the experimental group took Qianlie Shutong capsule combined with tamsulosin.The national institute of health-chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI)score,intravaginal ejaculation latency time(IELT),premature ejaculation diagnostic tool(PEDT)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and sexual life satisfaction(SLS)score were observed before and after treatment.Results:The NIH-CPSI,PEDT and SAS scores of control group before and after treatment were significantly improved,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05),while IELT and SLS scores has no significant difference(P>0.05).The NIH-CPSI,PEDT,SAS,SLS scores and IELT of the experimental group were significantly improved before and after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qianlie Shutong capsule joint tamsulosin in treatment of CP with PE can improve the perineum,the urethra,scrotal pain,urinary tract irritation of the vagina at the same time can extend the ejaculation latency,improve sexual satisfaction,it has good effect and security.
