基于PHEEM问卷的海上卫生动员训练环境感知情况调查

Perception of maritime medical force mobilization training environment based on PHEEM questionnaire

目的:以某次海上卫生动员训练为契机,通过问卷调查了解参训人员在训练过程中的环境感知情况,明确各环境因素对其训练的影响,为完善海上卫生动员训练机制提供参考。方法:以研究生医院教育环境措施(postgraduate hospital educational environment measure,PHEEM)问卷为基础,通过反向翻译法和德尔菲法制定可用的调查问卷,对参训人员进行整群抽样调查,调查时间为2018-09-24～09-26。使用SPSS 21.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果:参训人员的教学感知维度得分最高,自主角色感知维度得分最低,表明参训人员对教学质量相关的条目评价较高。结论:为进一步提高学员自主角色感知,建议在训练前加强对参训人员卫勤基础知识的培训,提高参训人员积极性。

Objective:Taking a maritime medical force mobilization as an example,to understand the trainees′perception of the training environment through questionnaire survey,and to explore the effects of various environmental factors on the training,so as to provide reference for future training.Methods:Based on the postgraduate hospital educational environment measure(PHEEM)questionnaire,the available questionnaires were developed by reverse translation method and Delphi method.Cluster sampling survey was conducted among the trainees.SPSS 21.0software was used to analyze the data.Results:The participants scored the highest in perception of teaching(POT)and the lowest in perception of role autonomy(POA),it showed that trainees had a high evaluation on the items related to teaching quality.Conclusion:In order to further improve the POA of trainees,it is suggested to strengthen the training of basic military medical knowledge of trainees,which helps to improve their enthusiasm.
