《装甲兵部队官兵腰腿痛功能障碍指数问卷表》的编制与评价

Establishment and evaluation of the low back and leg pain dysfunction scale development in officers and soldiers of Armored Forces

目的:针对装甲兵部队官兵腰腿痛功能障碍高发的情况,编制具有针对性、专业性的调查量表,为今后收集标准化数据,开展相关研究奠定基础。方法:以奥斯维斯特功能障碍指数问卷表(Oswestry dability index,ODI)为框架,结合多次基层巡诊调查和专家组评议,最终形成具有11个题目的自制量表,于2017-10-08～12-31对西部战区某装甲兵部队官兵进行问卷调查,采取两独立样本t检验、Cronbach′sα系数、Pearson相关分析等方法,对量表的信度、效度进行评价。结果:采用t检验比较评分排名前27%及后27%人员的得分差异,发现两组人员单项题目得分及总分均有统计学差异(P<0.05),说明此量表的区分度较好。采用因子分析对各题在量表中的共同性进行分析,发现各题公因子方差为0.371～0.657,均>0.2,成分矩阵的因素载荷为0.609～0.811,均>0.45,说明此量表的题目具有较高的共同性,结构效度较好。单项题目得分与总分进行Pearson相关性分析,发现各题与总分均具有显著相关性(P<0.05),说明量表具有较高的内容效度。该量表Cronbach′sα系数为0.923,分半信度值为0.853～0.891,说明量表具有较好的信度。结论:《装甲兵部队官兵腰腿痛功能障碍问卷表》具有良好的区分度、信度和效度,11个题目可充分反映装甲兵腰腿痛功能障碍情况。

Objective:In view of the high incidence of low back and leg pain dysfunction in officers and soldiers of Armored Forces,a targeted and professional survey scale was prepared to lay the foundation for collecting standardized data and conducting related research in the future.Methods:Based on the classic Oswestry dability index(ODI)scale framework for low back and leg pain,combined with multiple elementary troops investigations and expert panel review,a self-made scale with 11 items was formed,and a questionnaire was conducted for an armored unit in the western theater of operations.Independent sample t test,Cronbach′sαfactor analysis,Pearson correlation analysis was done to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The t test showed that there was a statistic difference between the top 27%and the last 27% scoring of the scale(P<0.05),indicating that the distinction degree of the scale was good.The commonality of the questions in the scale was analyzed,indicating that the variance of the common factors of each question was 0.371-0.657,both greater than 0.2,and the factor load of the component matrix was 0.609-0.811,both of which were greater than0.45,indicating that the title of this scale has a high commonness,structural validity was good.Pearson correlation analysis showed that each question had a significant correlation with the total score(P <0.05),indicating that the scale has high content validity,reliability.The Cronbach′sαindex was 0.923,and the split-half reliability value was 0.853-0.891,indicating that the scale had good reliability.Conclusion:The armored soldier′s low back and leg pain dysfunction scale has good discrimination,reliability and validity,and 11 questions can fully reflect the dysfunction of the armored soldier′s low back and leg pain.
