灌输理论具有丰富的科学内涵和实践价值,是思想政治教育内在规定性的反映。它是开放的思想体系,中国共产党人在思想政治工作中对它的实践和发展,有力证明了它的真理性和价值性。新形势下思想政治教育环境的复杂多变,使得灌输理论面临着巨大考验,因此要站在历史的高度,科学审视灌输理论的深厚底蕴,彰显其时代价值,并通过优化其新时期的发展路径,使灌输理论焕发新活力。新时期彰显灌输理论当代价值的有效路径有三:一是丰富灌输内容的科学性和时代性;二是实现灌输方法的多样性和实效性;三是优化灌输环境,把握好灌输之"度"。

With its rich scientific connotation and pragmatic significance,indoctrination theory embodies the intrinsic prescription of ideological and political education.As an open system of thoughts,it has been practiced and developed by the Communist Party of China.In the new situation,ideological and political education faces up with complex and changeable environments,subjecting indoctrination theory to severe ordeals.We should take the historical position,explore the profound connotation of this theory,manifest its contemporary value,and revitalize it by optimizing its development paths in the new era.The effective measures include enriching the content of scientific and contemporary features;increasing the diversity and effectiveness of indoctrination;and improving the environment of indoctrination and well measuring the"degree"of indoctrination.
