摘要
教学型大学教师信念可以被划分为传授知识型、面向职业型、发展能力型、发现兴趣型和促进成长型5种类型,是一种以面向职业型为主轴、以"学生中心"为取向的多元化信念系统。对教学型大学教师信念的问卷调查显示:教学型大学教师信念受到性别、学科背景和职称因素的影响,其中性别因素对促进成长型的教师信念有显著影响,学科背景因素对传授知识型、面向职业型和发展能力型的教师信念有显著影响;在学科背景因素中,理科背景对教学型大学教师信念的影响程度大于文科和工科背景。
Teaching-intensive university teacher beliefs constitute a pluralistic belief system with profession-oriented belief being the main axis and student-centeredness being the tenet.Five categories of beliefs can be recognized based on questionnaire survey in terms of different orientations towards knowledge imparting,future professions,ability development,interest exploration and personal growth.Gender,discipline and professional title are the three main factors influencing teaching-intensive university teacher beliefs.Gender factor has significant influence on personal-growth-oriented beliefs.Disciplinary background significantly influences teachers’ orientations towards knowledge imparting,future professions and ability development.Specifically,compared with the background of liberal arts and engineering,science background has greater influence on teacher beliefs.
